Creating a product for an untapped market.
Drums must be tuned like guitars. The difference is that on guitars the strings must be tuned, while on drums the head (the part you hit) must be tuned. As it stands, even with help, drum tuning is complicated lengthy process. The goal of this project was to use motors and mics to make the process faster and easier.
